我和朋友一起去溜冰场。那个地方 esas 叫水晶宫。我为一些朋友点了一些食物，我们得到了饮料和薯条，但是等我们的披萨和热狗。我等了差不多一个小时。我问她 “完成了吗” 她说 “是的” 然后把我们的食物给了我们。我吃了 2 片披萨、塔基斯和一些生啤酒。之后我没有感觉到任何症状。我回家躺下 5 个小时过去了，我吃了一些鸡肉作为午夜零食，还有一些来自沃尔玛的水，装在瓶子里。所以我醒来时感觉虚弱。我要么认为是那个地方的食物，但是我把饮料留给了我的朋友。我想他在我的背上喝了一些生啤酒。可能是分享饮料让我有这种感觉。

Shared a medium mushroom and cheese pizza with a friend on Friday night. I ate less so I was only ill until Saturday around 3pm but she is still sick now on Sunday. I had diarrhea, but my friend has diarrhea, vomiting and nausea still.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Not sure I ate there at 2 pm & leftover pizza at 7. At about 9, I became very nauseous and began throwing up. By 2 am, it became both vomiting and diarrhea. It ceased at about 6 am and I had a low grade fever and was very sleepy until about 11 pm the next night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 疲劳

1 月 3 日晚上 7 点左右。烧烤鸡肉披萨配辣红酱。我经常在周五晚上收到这个订单，没问题。我吃了披萨，几个小时后我胃痛了。凌晨 1 点左右我吐了两次然后整晚又扔了 3 次，现在是早上 8 点。昨晚我根本没睡觉！我从中学开始就没有像这样生病过，现在已经 20 多岁了。我不能把水压下来。太可怕了！

There were two of us but only I got sick.  I had the gluten free crust with red sauce cheese and Parmesan cheese with smoked hame and mushrooms.  Half of the pizza is still in the refrigerator at my place of employment.  Symptoms started about 2 and 1/2 hours after I ate it and are still happening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
