我和我的朋友有一个小的私人披萨，她的披萨配蘑菇，我的意大利辣香肠和肉丸，两者都有烧烤底座。那天晚上我呆在她身边，她抱怨胃痛然后在厕所上花了半个小时。之后我也必须立即上厕所。我们在无菌的环境中工作，因此由于胫骨腹泻和呕吐，双方都不得不休息 4 天。

I ordered pizza with beef, pepperoni, and sausage, cheese. Also ordered cinnamon pull apart. Less than 3 hours later, I woke up and immediately threw up for almost 5 minutes straight. Stomach hurts a lot!  | 症状: 呕吐

My mom and I had the chicken artichoke bacon delite pizza I had 2 pieces and my mom had a couple bites of one. I, having eaten more, ended up with raging diarrhea and nausea about 2 hours later. My mom had a stomach ache and felt like she was gonna have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
