I ate a steak quesadilla on the 23rd of November for lunch and became nauseated and started feeling very sick a few hours later. Soon after that I started vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 11 月 12 日星期六下午 5 点 15 分左右，我订购了墨西哥玉米饼汉堡和洋葱圈。凌晨 12 点 30 分左右，我的胃开始搅动并发出噪音，但我感觉还不错。但是在周日早上准备去教堂... 胃痉挛和腹泻开始了。不用说... 我待在家里然后... 恶心.. 头痛和呕吐发生了！！我整个星期天都生病了.. 周一取消了工作，整个星期一都非常头疼和虚弱。

我从美元菜单中吃了一个鸡肉油炸玉米饼以及一个强壮的迷你墨西哥玉米饼和三层奶酪玉米片，全部来自美元菜单。大约两个小时后我开始感到恶心。我首先开始有剧烈的胃痛，接下来我有严重的腹泻。躺下后，我又开始感到恶心，然后开始呕吐。第二天，也就是今天，我醒来时发高烧、头痛、腹痛甚至身体酸痛。我以前从未有过这种感觉。我没喝酒也没有怀孕。另外，要注意的是，塔可钟是那天我唯一吃过的东西。我感觉很糟糕。

Chicken Burrito, but my mom got a chicken quesadilla, so I think it had to have been the salsas or beans, which were the only items on my burrito that weren't on her quesadilla, and she didn't get sick. intense vomiting, nausea for 3 days, diarrhea and fever into 3rd day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Harsh diarrhea and stomach cramps, nausea. Had to leave work early bc of the pain.
Split a appetizer sampler with someone. She got diarrhea too. I ate the quesadilla, a few mozzarella sticks and some chips and artichoke dip. Also went with another friend who had chips… 更多
