I ordered 2 taco supreme's and chicken quesadilla, husband had tacos but no lettuce or tomatoes so I am thinking it was from the lettuce or tomatoes cuz he didn't get sick. I have been throwing up, diarrhea, nausea since 3am and it is still going on at 9am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

11:30pm 12/11/16 ate a Beef & Cheese Quesadilla. By 3:00am I started with extremely painful abdominal pain which escalated to vomitting my entire stomach content. I feel like a truck hit me. No fever and am now better. This was not a fun experience to say the least. Up all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Went to Chipotle last night about 5:30pm. I got a chicken quesadilla and my husband got a chicken burrito bowl. At midnight I woke up and had diarrhea and vomiting. Woke up just about every hour and had diarrhea and vomiting all night long. My husband has had diarrhea now the next day as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

本来打算订购玉米片但是一群青少年在工作，他们说他们没有任何 queso，因为有人忘记了 “插上机器” 或者什么东西来加热它，所以需要 30 分钟所以我带了墨西哥玉米饼... 应该刚走出去，因为吃完大约 2 小时后我就是生气了我的屁股，胃痉挛不好
