下午 4 点吃了牛排墨西哥玉米饼。大约 2-3 小时后，胃痛和腹痛最严重。整夜呕吐以及整晚都有腹泻。发烧、恶心、发冷，感觉非常虚弱。已经 24 小时了，随着呕吐和腹泻的停止，感觉开始好一些。

I ate Cheese Fries, Orange Cream Freeze and Chicken Quesadilla.

I ended up with Nausea, Severe Diarrhea, Stomach cramps/pain, Fever and my chronic pain/fatigue flared up as well. My symptoms appeared roughly 4 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 疲劳

A student and myself both had the lobster and shrimp quesadilla yesterday. We both had diarrhea all night andninto the morning. I only had a bagel that morning for breakfast and the lobster quesadilla with conch fritters for lunch. 6 hours later I had explosive diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻
