it’s called a quesadilla at taco bell but it’s like 3 times bigger here and i’m expeiriencing a feeling of extreme tiredness & vommiting. had to get picked up from school after vomiting intensely in the bathroom.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Sun. 5pm 2-25118 ordered steak quesadilla my son and I both dr. Confirmed by blood work food poisoning sons white count so high he had to have CT scan to rule out appendix we have both missed 2 days of work so far and not yet over it spoke with area coach manager doesn’t seem overly concerned  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了 Gordita Crunch 和鸡肉墨西哥玉米饼。墨西哥玉米饼上的奶酪根本没有融化，但我饿了，他们的食物并不总是最好的。食用一个小时左右后，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛和侧抽筋。然后是呕吐，然后是腹泻。我呕吐直到肚子里什么都没剩下。第二天早上胃痉挛还很严重，所以我去看了医生，我的医生说这似乎肯定是食物中毒。
