Got a nacho fries box and a chicken quesadilla, about 5 hrs later, i started having gut cramps, and gas. Ended up in the bathroom for a good hr, had severe diarreah, vomitting and acid reflux and nausea. I ate Cheese Fries, Orange Cream Freeze and Chicken Quesadilla.

I ended up with Nausea, Severe Diarrhea, Stomach cramps/pain, Fever and my chronic pain/fatigue flared up as well. My symptoms appeared roughly 4 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue

A student and myself both had the lobster and shrimp quesadilla yesterday. We both had diarrhea all night andninto the morning. I only had a bagel that morning for breakfast and the lobster quesadilla with conch fritters for lunch. 6 hours later I had explosive diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
