我和我丈夫在星期四晚上 7 点左右吃饭，晚上 9 点左右，我丈夫开始出现胃痛和腹泻。午夜 12 点我醒来后立即呕吐了 10 分钟。我们吃了蛤蜊杂烩、饼干、椰子虾、虾虾和虾扁面条（虾之旅）。我们还有花园沙拉和卡普雷塞沙拉。

The scampi I recived was piled on each other instead of flat laid which caused only the top to fully cook. I brought it to the attention of the manager and didn't pay. I threw up there and been throwing up at home since. If continues ill be getting a doctor soon. And will take further actions.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
