我和男朋友一起去吃面条，然后点了泰式的垫子。这次我决定尝试一下牛排，因为它是一个新物品。看起来有点不熟，但是我把它通过了，因为我认为这只是盘子其余部分的质感。我回到家了，大约 4 个小时后，我一直感到头晕，一直在呕吐和腹泻疼痛，似乎即使没有食物可以扔掉，但我的身体也设置为 “清除”。幸运的是薄荷茶和休息拯救了我的夜晚。不要再做面条再做一次。
