我和我 10 岁的女儿于 2016 年 8 月 19 日下午 12:08 去了宜家。有以下情况：
食物物品：
2x-蔬菜奖章
2x-大蒜吐司
1-咖啡
1x-鸡肉饭汤
1x-儿童蜂蜜酒（肉丸和薯条）
1x-冰茶

我们全身有恶心和/或呕吐、头痛、腹泻、胃痉挛、高烧、腹痛、肌肉酸痛、荨麻疹 2 天。

这持续了 8 月 19 日至 8 月 28 日，持续了一个多星期。

最有趣的事情是宜家打电话给我，下次回来时免费为我提供一顿饭。:(

2016 年 8 月 11 日星期四，我光顾了面糊和浆果餐厅。我订购了特色的法式吐司航班。我去餐厅之前没吃过饭。法式吐司飞行包括四片半片鸡蛋浸泡的面包，上面放着新鲜的蓝莓、草莓、柠檬酱和焦糖酱和山核桃。烤面包伴随着枫树味的 buuter。那天下午晚些时候，我经历了腹泻和恶心，直到周五和周六，这种情况的严到周日，由于无法吃固体食物，我非常虚弱。我不打算再光顾这家餐厅了。

Ate the Fish Tacos. About 3 hours later I was sweating and shaking in the bathroom ready to vomit. I managed to keep it down, but was nauseous and had the runs for a day. Couldn't eat for 15 hours and then just a piece of dry toast.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
