2017 年 9 月 11 日，由于飓风艾玛，停电了，我们决定在下午 5 点左右去肯德基。我们购买了 16 块家庭餐，里面有楔形和土豆泥。我们吃完之后我们都上床睡觉了。总共有 2 个成人和 6 个孩子吃的年龄在 1-16 岁之间。2017 年 9 月 12 日，我乘飞机飞行，我吃的只是两个饼干，还有一罐塞拉利昂雾汽水。那天晚上晚些时候，当我进入房间时，我发现了热闪光灯，感到虚弱和恶心。片刻之后，我因腹泻在浴室里至少待了三个小时。我喝了一些精力充沛的 Powerade，但是片刻之后又回到了洗手间，接下来的 24 小时我在浴室里每隔一小时就会腹泻一次，如果不是更多的话。我终于站起来决定用水吃些鸡蛋和烤面包，我以为我的胃有点稳定。我上床睡觉醒来时因睡眠中更多的腹泻而湿透，所以在清洁自己然后床上用品之后，我又回到浴室腹泻了。在那段时间里，我正在联系，了解孩子们的情况，他们有一些相同的症状。这些男孩的肚子不适，伴有严重的抽筋/腹泻几个小时，一旦重新开放，他们就能够恢复学业。我的一个女儿的症状与她的兄弟相似，勇敢地出去上学。我最小的女儿在她的宠物中有几次腹泻发作，谁知道她还能说什么，我的大女儿不得不被带到医生办公室。她说，他们的母亲也有类似的严重胃痉挛症状以及腹泻和胸痛。截至我写这篇文章时，这些症状已经持续了三天了。在这个特定时刻，我女儿的诊断仍然未知。

Ate ground natural beef with aged white cheddar, mustard aioli, braised greens, Two over easy eggs and served open-faced on toast. Served with a rosti. Felt a little off shortly after eating, culminating in intense vomiting about 3 hours later.  | 症状: 呕吐

Went to McDonalds at about 12:00 am, when I got the burger it was kind of hard but I thought it would be ok. I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and started piling & having diarrhea. Was definitely from the burger since I hadn't eaten anything except for toast that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们大约 8 点半左右在温迪餐厅吃了晚餐。因为我们有一个深夜，我的未婚夫去接它了。之前我们已经有温迪那么晚了。所以我们认为这是个好主意。我叫他给我一个惊喜所以他得到了一个培根器。一切都很好，直到我在凌晨 2 点 50 分因胃部疼痛而醒来，所以我去了洗手间。我得了腹泻。然后我的嘴开始流水，然后我开始用大块培根呕吐。我喝了水然后继续呕吐了大约 3 个小时。我回去睡了一个小时和同样的事情。第二天我无法保持任何东西，我患有抽筋和腹痛。我继续有同样的症状。第二天我的症状缓解了，但我几乎不喝任何东西或者几乎不喝任何东西 b 因为我会把它扔进嘴里或完全扔进嘴里。第三天，我因腹部抽筋而醒来，我正在努力保持一块简单的吐司。现在疼痛已经消退了，但我的身体感觉虚弱，昨天我的发烧爆发了。
