我有一个香草大豆拿铁。在 30 分钟之内，我出汗了，出了我一生中最糟糕的胃痛，并且翻了一番。疼痛非常严重，以至于它辐射到我的整个背部和怀里 — 我感觉自己快要死了。我呕吐了，感觉稍微好一点，但仍然疼痛，仍然发冷。我是素食主义者，所以他们可能给我牛奶而不是豆浆，但显然豆浆中的角叉菜胶也可以产生类似的效果。外面要小心！
