我在下午 4 点左右吃了墨西哥辣椒，然后决定小睡一会。当我醒来的时候我头疼，心情不好。通常我很少生病。但是我一直以 2 小时为间隔醒来才能使用洗手间。我的肚子感到微妙的不高兴是那不会消失。每次我醒来时，我都决定喝点精灵。坐在马桶里喝了我的精灵之后，我随机出现了爆炸性呕吐，像地狱一样疼。我在投射明显的大米和其他来自墨西哥辣椒的食材。那天我唯一拥有的其他东西，也就是几个小时之前，我每天都吃的是酸奶和格兰诺拉麦片棒。我作为一系列呕吐所经历的痛苦几乎是无法忍受的。我以前从来没有这样扔过。

过去几天我只吃过 Trader Joe 的食物。1 月 20 日星期五晚上 9 点 30 分，我终于打开了我的杨桃（非有机的），然后把它们放入纯希腊酸奶中。早上 6 点左右我病得很重，腹泻、呕吐、发烧和胃痛。今天1月22日，我还在生病，但感觉好多了。我相信那是草莓，因为那天晚上之前我吃了从 tj 那里买的其他所有东西，只是没有吃过草莓。
