昨天下午 2 点左右我吃了一个双芝士汉堡。到我 4 点上班的时候，我非常恶心，腹部绞痛严重。我也开始感到非常虚弱。如此之多，以至于我的经理在 8 点之前把我送回家。我决定在 10 点左右比平时早上床睡觉，一个小时后醒来猛烈呕吐。这一切持续了一整晚，直到我能吐出的只是胆汁。今天早上也有几次腹泻。没能吃任何东西，也几乎不能离开我的床。我可以看出汉堡不是新鲜的。有点冷，面包很硬但是我饿了所以我还是吃了。从来没有想过麦当劳会把我的东西卖给我那些已经呆了足够长的时间被污染的东西。
