2018 年 2 月 1 日下午 1 点 30 分左右访问。吃了墨西哥卷饼碗（牛排），里面有白米饭，斑豆，玉米，奶酪，生菜 + 1 个大袋薯片 + 1 个电晕。薯片异常油腻，有一次尝到了一堆来自碗的食物（但不是令人反感）。还看到碗边上有奇怪的橙色油渍点，看起来不像牛排滴水。后来，晚上 9 点左右，恶心开始了。已上报。发冷而且头晕很轻松。呕吐〜 7 次，当晚腹泻〜 4 次，有时是反身/剧烈。凌晨 1 点左右达到顶峰。第二天，胃部非常不舒服，但没有呕吐。头痛/不愉快的意识感。第 3 天几乎恢复正常（胃部稍微不适，但接近正常）。不是流感，在饮食方面没有其他与众不同的东西。
