下午大约 12:30 在麦当劳停下来，抢了一顿双季度磅餐。我跳上卡车，吃了三明治和薯条，然后继续我的一天。大约 2 点半，我的胃感觉很肿，开始疼痛。3 点半，我疼痛得很厉害、呕吐和腹泻。我躺在沙发上有这种可怕的腹胀和胃痛，跑了几个小时才去洗手间。我妻子甚至把孩子带出家门，这样我就可以因为头痛而安静一些。这不是麦当劳第一次让我感到恶心。我们不会再吃麦当劳的食物了。

On June 3rd I bought a cheeseburger and fries. When I bit into it the meat was a breakfast sausage pattie and tasted spoiled. I ended up almost losing my kidney I was admitted. Into Baylor hospital and told. I had E. coli. I am now home on antibiotics for the next two weeks  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
