Ate a chicken sandwich on the plane, around 6pm on Friday the 9th of August 2019.

Once I got to the hotel I wasn’t feeling great, couldn’t eat dinner. Woke up at 5am and spent the rest of the night vomiting.

从纽瓦克到查尔斯·德盖勒的 flt #57 签约。为了避免未煮熟的肉类，我点了一顿特别的饭。我把它从飞机下来，然后被送往查尔斯·戴高乐的急诊诊所。我受到了非常谨慎和专业的对待。美联航给了我一张礼券，说举证责任属于我。，我在一个小时内变得非常恶心，整夜都因胃痉挛、头痛和虚弱而起床。我聚会中没有其他人吃过这顿特别的饭。GI sx 变得更糟，我在餐厅洗手间呆了几个小时，因为我没有房间，我们在治疗期间错过了火车。

早餐吃了素食咖喱，几个小时后开始感到恶心和腹泻，这是一家四口之家，我们在飞机上吃早餐大约 2 小时后。从7月15日星期一开始，整个家庭仍然有胃痛和腹泻。而且由于这些症状我无法上班。

Flight PR 538 from Bali to Manila on July 13th, My wife and I were travel together but she slept through that meal since it was early. A few hours later when we landed I felt nauseous. Then within the next few hours I was having to use the toilet every 15 minutes. Then threw up and major fever  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
