Flying from Heathrow to Boston via Montreal. Had coffee and dry toast before flying and only the chicken meals on plane that day. Got home after flight delay and suffered diarrhea. I believe I was food poisoned on a flight . The day after the flight has been filled with diarrhea and vomiting., I literally ate the food on the plane and the next day I had the symposium described above. I flew by myself  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
