I ate a chicken bowl at 12 and shortly after that I started felling very tired and nauseous.
Stayed in bed for the day and around 11:30pm I vomit everything I hate 10 hours before !! ( it was my only meal of the day )  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate rice, Black beans, tofu, guacamole and cheese quesadilla, became violently ill approx 8 hrs, this lasted for 24 hrs. Order purchased 12/20 @1144 am, receipt number 10032  | 症状: 呕吐
