我和我丈夫正在蒙特利尔度假。1月1日星期三，我们在这里。我吃了南方炸鸡。他有一个肉饼。我只吃了两口肉饼，他吃了我一半的鸡，因为他们给了两只大炸鸡。我们在下午 4 点吃完饭，下午 5 点开始感到非常头晕，从下午 6 点左右开始我开始感到恶心，大约下午 6 点 30 分至 7 点左右，我开始呕吐，整晚以及第二天和第二天都在继续呕吐。我发冷了，非常头晕，好像房间一直在旋转，视力模糊。呕吐结束后我得了腹泻和胃痉挛，但是我的极度头晕和视力模糊从未停止过。我们赶回加拿大看了医生，他说我发烧了，也有眩晕。今天是 1 月 10 日，我还有眩晕，无法回去工作。我丈夫也有食物中毒，他在 1 月 1 日整夜呕吐，早上他恢复了正常。但是，噩梦对我来说还在继续。

我有酸面包、鸡蛋和香肠。香肠味道很奇怪，看上去没有煮熟，但是当我问他们告诉我时，香肠应该看起来像那样。那之后我再也没吃东西了。那是 2019 年 12 月 27 日晚上 8 点 30 分。回家后我同时非常恶心和热/冷，现在第二天凌晨 1 点我也在呕吐。

我点了然后吃了 “双肉早餐”-包括鸡蛋、培根和香肠肉饼以及饼干和肉汁）。除了所有的香肠馅饼之外，我都吃完了。我吃了一半的香肠肉饼然后停了下来。香肠肉饼味道很奇怪。那天晚上我感到恶心，有严重的胃痛和多次腹泻。我出汗了，感觉很糟糕。这些问题一直持续到第二天并持续...我吃的日期是 2019 年 12 月 26 日下午 3 点左右。

Ate lunch Friday, turnip greens , mac n cheese, ham , hot water with fresh lemon and piece of fried fish. Started nausea and severe diarrhea Saturday am. Today is Monday and I continue liquid diarrhea, nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I visited on 12/17 and ordered grilled chicken. Over the course of the night, I experienced Nausea, Vomiting, and Pain. I didn't think it was the food at the time, however, I ate leftovers from the meal the next day and experienced the same thing.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

Bought pre order for thanksgiving we called at 6 to see when the order was ready was told it was already pulled and ready our pick up time was suppose to be for 10. 7 people 1 pregnant and 1 child under 2 less than 30 mins we have 1 in hospital he was criticle  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
