2016 年 8 月 29 日晚上 10 点左右，我和家人订购了一个超值的嘉年华包和一个儿童奶酪汉堡餐，第二天早上 8 点左右，我们都开始呕吐并且有晕眩的咒语，我 5 岁的儿子一直在呕吐，发烧 101.7，胃部不适！  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头晕

I purchased a chicken avocado burrito with 2 mini bacon quesadillas around 10 pm. The items were ingested around 10:15, and the symptoms began about 30 minutes to an hour. First I had uncontrollable diarrhea (has NEVER happened to me before,) and then I began throwing up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a chili cheese fry, egg and cheese burrito and a cheese quesadilla at around 10 am. At 2 am the next morning I was sick, nausea, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. Nausea and vomiting lasted about 10 hours, still have the diarrhea 2 days later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ordered 3 soft beef tacos and about an hour or two I had diarrhea. Also at another Del Taco in Hollywood years before the same catastrophic event! I now know Del Taco is the culprit! I haven't been back. I wouldn't recommend eating there to enemies!  | 症状: 腹泻
