i went to eat freebirds and got a hybird with lettuce, jack cheese, guacomole, steak, spanish rice. Next day I had diarrhea and felt nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

今晚吃了 Free Birds 之后，我和我的男朋友都有液体腹泻。他有一个免费的鸟卷饼，里面有鸡肉，西班牙大米，queso，鳄梨调味酱，Pico 和黑豆。我吃了炸玉米饼和西班牙大米，烤拉斯维加斯，奶酪和烤玉米。我们都分享了筹码和 queso。我在 5 月 5 日下午 5 点 20 分在阿拉莫牧场购买了食物。

Got a free bird some burrito with chicken and steak guacamole cheese sour cream and a few hours later I was vomiting with abdominal pain followed by several hours of vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
