Had a double-double meal with animal style fries around 12:30pm. Around 6:30pm, I got violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, body aches, headache and dizziness were all the symptoms I experienced.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛, 头晕, 身体疼痛

He doesn't change his gloves he puts new over the old . Like a hour after I consumed the sandwich my stomach started hurting really bad and got a bad headache also diarrhea every 5 minutes  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 寒战, 头痛

My partner and I both ate at In-N-Out on Thursday night and 3 hours later we start throwing up, constant diarrhea, and severe abdominal pain. Ended up going to the ER and left with a $650 dollar bill for a viral infection with food poisoning being the most likely culprit as per the doctor  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 寒战, 头痛

Ordered three hamburgers with raw onion, and no spread at the drive thru. Waited 40 minutes for this order. After eating couple hour later my body feels joint aches, chills and feverish like symptoms. Took Pepto bismol for two days and finally feeling better........  | 症状: 发烧, 寒战, 关节疼痛
