Three meat treat, 3 slices, 7pm September 9, 2019. Waited nearly 20min in line and became violently ill around 8:22pm. Went to Walgreens at midnight for Pedialyte and immodium. Never have gotten so sick after eating here until now. Cashier was constantly touching her face. Never saw cook staff.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I have had it 3 times now and every time I eat it I get diarrhea, I am not lactose intolerant nor am I becoming lactose intolerant and I have no allergies to gluten. It only happens when I eat from any location of this restaurant  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Pizza was hot and fresh. Ate 4 slices 08/28/2019
Husband ate 4 slices same night.
08/29/2019 both he and I are vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, fever, and just plane sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗
