我大约在下午 4 点 30 分吃了鸡块餐作为午餐，9 点半左右我开始感到恶心。之后我扔的第一件事就是薯条和鸡块。我整晚大约每 15-30 分钟就会呕吐一次严重的胃痛足以让我无法入睡，我也得了腹泻，整晚都在发抖。

I had a Signature (Sicknature) collection BBQ burger, fries and diet coke, with the new mozarella sticks and sweet chilli dip, followed by a Twix McFlurry - an average McDonalds meal one would argue. Threw up six times with chunks of burger, fries and a big bit… 更多

Bought a begel with egg and bacon this morning after few hours started to feel ill ,started vominiting have got fever and diarrhea.and my girlfriend has the same symptoms she had cheesy bacon flatbread.mine and hers day was ruined,no more McDonalds for us for sure.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

On February 8th 2019 i ate a mcchicken around 1pm. The next morning i woke up with a stomache then puking the rest of the day with a fever and diarrhea. I knew the sandwhich tasted weird at the end but didnt realize it at first.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

今年（2019 年）2 月 7 日左右，我订购了培根巨无霸和带奶酪的培根四分之一磅。这两个三明治与数字应用优惠券一起使用。小馅饼就像皮革一样，四分之一磅的小馅饼在中间变色了。进食大约一个多小时后，我没有完成四分之一磅的最后三分之一，开始感到非常虚弱和发烧。开始感到发烧后大约一个小时我得了腹泻。我整晚和接下来的两天都在呕吐，但我仍然感觉不对。
