我妈妈正在呕吐并且出现了偏头痛/发烧。她有鸡肉招标、香草奶昔和炸薯条。我有腹泻和可怕的胃痛、恶心和疼痛。我吃了脆皮鸡肉三明治、草莓奶昔和薯条。一切都很好但是我们都生病了。我们俩都没有检查它是否是生的，但是我的很温暖，直到凌晨 4 点她呕吐时才抱怨。我醒来时病得很重。

我和我最好的朋友几天前早上去了麦当劳，开车经历了 2 份早餐包装餐，芬达，一个香肠/鸡蛋/奶酪百吉饼和一个热巧克力。

大约一天后，我们俩都病得了暴力，尤其是我吃了 2 份带有棕色酱的早餐包裹的人。我记得当时它真的很好吃，但通常很好吃。里面的肉有点像旧猪肉一样 “脱落”。

4-5 天我一直无法工作或离开家。几天来，我每隔 15 分钟就有严重的纯水样明亮的黄色腹泻，可怕的胃痛，猛烈的弹丸呕吐，发冷，感觉不适，发烧，发抖，头痛和肌肉酸痛。为了缓解一下，我不得不服用抗腹泻药（洛哌丁胺）。我真的有焦虑感觉太差了。

这个麦当劳是我们的本地人，也是我们的最爱-永远不会再回到那里了！！！

I ordered a double cheese burger fries and chicken McNuggets around 630-7 pm I started feeling a bit nauseous around 1130 and about two in the morning I started throwing up and have diahria the food was a bit in the colder side and the nuggets seemed extra crunchy but still cold  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
