My husband and brother got very sick 1 day after eating MOD pizza.. they both had sausage on their pizza which we think is the food which caused the poisoning . The had other 5 of us did not have that ingredient added to our pizza  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a 11” pizza for lunch with basil lettuce red sauce pepperoni vinagarette drizzle and 3 cheeses. Along with their mango drink. Tasted great but PAYING FOR IT IVE BEEN ON THE TOILET FOR HOURS. Diahrea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
