I ate at and had Spicy Chicken and Fried rice. When I got home my stomach began to hurt and then the diarrhea began. My stomach is on fire still. Not sure what went wrong here. It's usually really good. But this is awful!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

We ate dinner at this restaurant around 8pm. I started with severe abdominal pain that woke me up at 4am followed by diarrhea. My 8 year old daughter started vomiting at 6am. She vomited fruit which was a side with her childs meal. I had the vegetable pad thai.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻
