室友和我都有类似食物选择的盘子（炒饭、茄子豆腐、橙鸡和奶油芝士仰光/油炸素食春卷）。从晚上 10 点左右到凌晨 3 点，我因腹部抽筋、持续腹泻和气体而生病。室友一夜之间也生病了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 煤气, 抽筋

I had the orange chicken, beijing beef, and Chow Mein for dinner. I even ordered the food at peak time. The following morning as I woke up, I felt cramps, used the bathroom and my stool was all liquid.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I ate steamed rice with teriyaki sauce and orange chicken at ~9pm and by 4 am had abdominal pain and by 6 I started vomiting and the watery diarrhea started an hour later. Continue to have abdominal pain and vomiting even water.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
