My family had the Angus steak with green beans and mushroom chicken for noon on Mother’s Day, 2018. Around 1pm my son and I got a horrible stomach ache, heartburn, nausea, and diaherrea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃灼热

I had chow mein, broccoli beef, and mushroom chicken, part of an egg roll yesterday afternoon. I have not felts well since I woke up today. Then I tried to eat and threw up about 15 minutes later. Not positive it was from Panda Express but the timing is suspect.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
