Ate lunch at Potbellys with coworker at 12:00 pm. Symptoms started at 7:00 pm with severe abdominal cramping, then progressed to vomiting with diarrhea. Coworker also got sick with the same symptoms last night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
