周五下午 6 点 30 分左右吃了一个鸡肉玉米饼和松脆的炸玉米饼和一个装满玉米片的烤架。大约 3 小时后剧烈抽筋、恶心、出汗、腹泻。两天后，我还有抽筋和腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 出汗

Had shredded chicken and 7-layer Burritos, Ate at around 8:30 PM. Woke up just before midnight with heavy nausea, diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain. Proceeded to vomiting and continued bouts of diarrhea .  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
