Ate the tacos and burrito around 3 p.m. By 8: p.m. I was experiencing terrible cramping. Then started the diarrhea and vomiting. Been living on the toilet for the last 4 hours and counting, trying to keep water down. I had nothing else to eat today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On Monday the 14th in DeKalb Illinois I got the taco box. ate 5 because I was really hungry that day. A couple hours later I got a stomach ache and that’s when all the symptoms happened. Today is the 17th  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

8 月 12 日星期六我去了当地的 taco Bell。我吃了 2 个炸玉米饼附带的炸玉米饼披萨餐。我要求软。这是晚上 5 点半左右。那天晚上 11 点之前我正在跑 diaherra。呕吐。而且感觉我的皮肤着火了。我太热了，连脱掉我所有的衣服然后洗个冷水澡都不起作用。在大约 25 分钟之内，热量消退了，然后第二天早上我开始冻结（发冷），每隔 20 分钟我就会进出洗手间。这是迄今为止我经历过的最严重的食物中毒案例。而且我没有免疫系统，所以不幸的是我更容易感染它，通常每年获得两次。我不会回任何 taco Bell 地点了。顺便说一句。现在是第 5 天了！而且我还生病了！！如果我醒来后问题仍然存在，我会考虑明天早上去看医生。

我姐姐在晚上 10 点 30 分回家的路上为我订购了食物。吃了一个半紧缩包装后，我说它味道不对劲，好像自从我们上次吃炸玉米饼钟以来标准已经下降了。在 30 分钟之内，我感到恶心在蔓延。呕吐开始后不久。从晚上 11 点到凌晨 4:30，我不停地呕吐并在床上干了，没有睡过一次。我开始看见事物并向上帝祈祷让它停下来。在起伏之间，我有尖锐的刺伤肠痛和抽筋。

I had a potatorito, cinnabon things, and crunchwrap supreme. I felt nauseated the night that I ate it. and all the symptoms set it the next morning. my roommate also had taco bell at the same time and she is worse off than I am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
