Ordered three soft tacos with triple layer nachos at about 8:30pm on 4/20/17. Felt indigestion and had trouble sleeping. Woke up three hours later, ran back between toilet and bed. Had diarrhea. Felt nausea but could not vomit. Still feeling nauseous with dry mouth and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Grabbed a bean burrito at lunch time 4/20/17. Stricken at about 4 o'clock. The worst of it lasted 12 hours. I didn't think I could feel that bad and not die. Still not great this mornings, but it's a huge relief.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Mexican Pizza, no beef and a Pepsi at approx 1:15. Severe diarrhea about two hours later, and continuing as of now (7 am following morning). Beans had a strong, distinct metallic taste. Also mild nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had taco bell at 4:30 in the afternoon i had a chicken and steak quesarito and a number 6 at around 9 and 10 i complained that my stomach had bothered me. At 12:30 i was vomiting and having dirrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

晚上 12 点紧缩包装盒，仅消耗紧缩包装物品。1 小时后腹部抽筋伴腹泻。呕吐的单一实例。腹部抽筋和腹泻有所改善，但28小时后仍未解决。早上 7 点只有其他食物是蛋白质奶昔，这是我的典型早餐，从未引起过并发症。
