I had Taco Bell with my father for lunch today. We both had the $5 box. He has complained of an upset stomach while I have been nauseous and vomiting with diarrhea all afternoon. I have also had cold sweats and shivering multiple times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

吃完后十五分钟订购了软玉米饼至上和节日土豆，我呕吐了三次。我下班早回家。第二天非常疲劳食欲不振，那天晚些时候胃还是固定了下来，也许一半小时后我又扔掉了一些关于食物的东西（Taco Bell）

My husband and I ate at 5:30pm on Wednesday 11-9 and started throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time at 3:00am and we are both still extremely sick it's now 1:43pm 11-10 my husband ate a steak quesorito and I ate a 5 layer burrito.
