Bought salads for lunch this week. Yesterday salad the chicken had black mold on it. I did not eat it, but todays salad looked okay and now I am suffering with serious stomach cramps., I ate the salad about 12:30 pm and am really sick now at 9:12 pm  | 症状: 恶心, 抽筋

Ate Mahi Mahi burger and puked all day. It gave me food poisoning. I cooked it oven like instructed. After 8 mins of cooking realized that it was still cold and uncooked added an additional 10 mins. 2 hours later started feeling nauseous. It's been 2 days… 更多

Prepared a meal with veggies (bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic), quinoa and parmesan all from this location, woke up with terrible food poisoning about 6hrs after eating. Vomiting and diarrhea for about 8hrs, continuing nausea for over a day now  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate spinach tortellini from and felt nauseated when I woke up early the next morning. I kept expecting to throw up, but I never did. I just had nausea, cramps, etc and had to cancel my work out class because I was certain I'd throw up if I did go.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

My girlfriend and I ate Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli. I ate them around 8 p.m. and she ate them around 10 p.m. She began throwing up and having diarrhea, and at 2 a.m and I began having the same awful symptoms at 7 a.m.
