Prepared a meal with veggies (bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic), quinoa and parmesan all from this location, woke up with terrible food poisoning about 6hrs after eating. Vomiting and diarrhea for about 8hrs, continuing nausea for over a day now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate spinach tortellini from and felt nauseated when I woke up early the next morning. I kept expecting to throw up, but I never did. I just had nausea, cramps, etc and had to cancel my work out class because I was certain I'd throw up if I did go.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

My girlfriend and I ate Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli. I ate them around 8 p.m. and she ate them around 10 p.m. She began throwing up and having diarrhea, and at 2 a.m and I began having the same awful symptoms at 7 a.m.
