你好，我喝了蒸馏水，然后生了死亡，首先是头痛到恶心无法直视，然后是胸部和腹部剧烈疼痛，直到我开始呕吐的地方，我以为可能是一罐杂烩所以我认为这可能是从一罐杂烩里得的，所以我以为它什么都不是水第二天我就把它睡下来我感觉很不舒服我被困在床上、厕所里或厕所里拿着它永远不会消失直到第二天早上我女朋友喝了生病然后她还给了狗和它的水盘我们不想出去做任何事情

My sister got fruit bowl and ate 3 pieces and realized it tasted really strange so she threw it away but TO LATE . About a hour later vomiting over 7 times and watery diarrhea and extremely bad stomach cramps ... high fever and terrible body aches ... this must be stopped Walmart really ?  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天我拿起一小容器超值通心粉沙拉吃午饭。我在下午 1 点 1 点 30 分左右吃了，之后没吃任何东西。那天晚上晚些时候，我的胃痛非常严重。大约晚上 10 点是呕吐和腹泻开始的时候。我大约每 2 小时起床一次，呕吐和腹泻。我什至不能把水压下来。

这里有 2 个沙拉。一个是炸鸡沙拉，另一个是涂核桃沙拉。我吃了炸鸡沙拉，立刻出现了严重的胃痛、头晕、恶心。我当时在工作，所以我想完成工作，什么时候去这里的客户服务退回另一个。他们说它不在系统中（即使是我早上拿到的），所以他们什么也做不了。
