I ate a southwest avocado salad from Wendy’s and can’t stop throwing up occasionally diarrhea, I vomited just me immediately felt nauseous got worse around 5-6 oclock vomited arund 8 havent stopped  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

Three weeks ago I got a chicken wrap at Wendy's. When I bit into it and it was rock hard and had a terrible taste I spit it out . I got severe abdominal pain and diarrhea for 5 days, Just me  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

My fiancé and I both ate my Chechen nuggets, she had her own burger. -around 9:30 pm. After about 2.5-3 hours we both had Nassau and vomiting for about 8 hours strait. About every half hour there was episodes. Diarrhea came shortly after and still suffering about 1.5 days later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

This Wendy's is usually good. I got Biggie Bag which included fries, drink, double stack bacon burger, and 4 nuggets. Symptoms of nausea, malaise, and diarrhea occurred 3 hours after eating the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
