Sep 3rd, I took a bite into a nugget and saw something black. I instantly spit everything out, and ate the fries I had. I didn't even touch the sandwich it came it. The next morning, which was yesterday, I've had excessive diarrhea. Today is Sep 5th and currently day 2 of the diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ordered the 4 for 4 & when I got home around 2 on Saturday I noticed the burger wasn't cooked all the way half way through eating it. Around 6 a.m Sunday morning I woke up with vomiting and diaherrea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On the way home we stopped at this Wendy's and went to the drive thru. A few hours later, my wife and i were stricken with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I myself was also vomitting but my wife wasn't, thank goodness. There were 5 different meals ordered… 更多
