我在 2018 年 5 月 14 日星期一下午 2 点购买并吃了熟食蜂蜜火鸡卷三明治。我在 2018 年 5 月 14 日星期二凌晨 12 点 30 分醒来时胃痛、出汗和剧烈恶心。凌晨 2 点半左右，腹泻开始了 10-12 次。现在是早上 6 点，还在继续，呕吐已经开始了。如果我今天中午没有好转，我会去看医生的。

I got a caterpillar roll and a rotisserie chicken. They were the only things I ate that no one else I was with did. The chicken I didn't eat until about 7 pm and I woke up at 6 am running to the bathroom. I haven't gone more than thirty minutes without throwing up since then and it is now 10:30  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I ate Whole food gaucamole with chips around 9PM at night. Around 4 AM I threw up once followed by diarrhea 10+ times for the rest of the day. I had two friends of mine where the only mutual thing we was the gauc and they also had similar symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I made a salad at the salad bar. The salad was all vegetables, topped the quinoa, tabouleh, and ranch dressing. About 30 minutes after eating, I felt nauseous. Two hours later, vomitting began and continued for about 24 hours. At 36 hour mark, I am feeling much better and plan to resume eating.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had a big dinner here yesterday evening about 7pm. I went to bed at 1am and woke up 45 minutes later and vomited. This continued throughout the night every hour until 7am. Ran 100.5 fever and am still fighting it at 6pm today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
