Cauliflower rice bowl with salmon, I ate the food and an hour later i had to go to the bathroom. My stomach was tight. Stool came out as diarrhea. 20-30 minutes i had to go to the bathroom again. More diarrhea. 15 minutes after that same thing happened.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate at about 8:45pm. Had the Cauliflower and rice bowl. Salmon and also Lamb. About 3:30am got up feeling nauseous. 4am had violent diarrhea and vomiting. This episode lasted about 2.5 hours. 10:45 now and still feel on the verge of more.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate the cauliflower bowl with falafel. Also had some hummus with pita bread. Started to have stomach cramps and nausea about an hour after eating  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

We had the chicken kabobs and Greek salad for lunch at Zoes Kitchen on Saturday. We used the Greek salad dressing which sits out all day refrigerated plus I used the Greek Seasoning Blend on everything. I had the zoes kitchen rice pilaf as a side also.… 更多
