I had the turkey stack with the fresh fruit side and a water. Later that night I had diarrhea that lasted 24 hours. I am the only one who had that from the menu and the only one with a reaction. It was the only thing that I ate differently from my family that day.  | 症状: 腹泻

星期二晚上我有蛋白质电源板。我有点怀疑，因为它马上就出来了，所以以为它可能已经坐在那里了。我度过了一个不安的夜晚，感觉很热和胃部不适。我早上 7 点开始呕吐。我整天都有腹泻、头痛、呕吐，无法压住液体。我今天在吃点东西但是没有能量。

Never been so sick in my whole life. Had a Turkey Stack with bag chips and canned drink. 4 hrs later I’m throwing up and having severe diarrhea. This was the only thing I ate today. No fever, no other symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a salmon kabob and could tell immediately something was wrong. The fish tasted funny and the zucchini was almost like tasting acid...I spit it out immediately however it was too late. Now thanks to your bad quality control my stomach is totally screwed up.
