June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. About 2 hours after eating, nausea set in for about 2 hours and then began violently vomiting. Been nauseous ever since.  | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء

Ate dinner arojnd 7pm on june 4th. The lettce tasted off or tomato no sure ended up feeding the rest to the dog.
