June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. About 2 hours after eating, nausea set in for about 2 hours and then began violently vomiting. Been nauseous ever since.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

Ate dinner arojnd 7pm on june 4th. The lettce tasted off or tomato no sure ended up feeding the rest to the dog. But my friend woke up at 11 throwing up and in pain around 4 i woke up the same way and so did my daughter. On 6/4/2019 around 4PM, we had roti takeout meals. My husband and I had the chicken roti. His was on a salad and mine was a rice plate with hummus, couscous and tomato and cucumber. We both had diarrhea. My stomach discomfort has now been 24 hours.… Voir plus

Went into bobs subs at the mills bought a senior sized spicy Italian (wasn’t spicy) with everything on it except onion and tomato. Are The Whole thing and now feel like I’m literally dying.
