June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. About 2 hours after eating, nausea set in for about 2 hours and then began violently vomiting. Been nauseous ever since.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Started getting sick after a 6inch sub with italian herbs, pepperoni, cheese, lettece, onion, cucumber, pepper and olives with mayo. Then a side of tomato soup with a latte.  | 症状: 恶心

Ate dinner arojnd 7pm on june 4th. The lettce tasted off or tomato no sure ended up feeding the rest to the dog. But my friend woke up at 11 throwing up and in pain around 4 i woke up the same way and so did my daughter. Ithe cranping pain is bad and ive, 3 people  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

May27,2019 ate chicken nachos got sick indigestion & next day fever nausea headache sore throat had to go to ER get IV fluids Doc said viral infection, Only I had the chicken nachos the other two people had baby back ribs & tomato soup & salad they didn’t get sick. Went into bobs subs at the mills bought a senior sized spicy Italian (wasn’t spicy) with everything on it except onion and tomato. Are The Whole thing and now feel like I’m literally dying. Oh yea I got my sub at around 6:30 and at 10:30 died a little inside  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
