I visited Chilis on Friday, May 5th for Cinqo de Mayo celebrations. I drank a margarita and had steak fajitas which included strip steak, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, peppers, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, chips & salsa. Immediately my stomach began to hurt, but I just thought the pains…
