Severe Diarrhea, Blurred Vision

Went to Chipotle last night and have had a stomach ache ever since. Woke up to a stronger stomach ache had severe diarrhea and my vision has worsened... Not sure whats going on. Hoping to get an appointment with a doctor soon.

Barbacoa Bowl Illness Suspected

Ordered a barbocoa bowl with most ingredents offered. Ate it and after a couple hours I was vomiting and was hard for me to sleep because I was rejecting the water I was drinking also. Someone should test the food because I am tramarized and never go to chipotle in my life.
