As soon as i finished eating chipotle, (immediately after receiving it) i started having stomach cramps. then came diarrhea and then horrible violent vomiting. i had to go to the ER.

Veggie Bowl Illness: Nausea

Ordered through online. I'm guessing they must have made the food earlier and left it at the pickup area. Either that or the cheese was old. Ordered a veggie bowl with cheese, sour cream, rice, and beans and corn. Had a stomach ache after an hour followed by excessive gas. Next day I had diarrhea.

I had a veggie bowl. Not even any meat on it. Rice, beans, corn, guac, sour cream, lettuce, cheese. Ate it for lunch around 2 pm. I started feeling nauseous around 10 pm, didn’t eat anything in between. Then vomit and diarrhea.
