12/16/18, I picked up an order at noon.
Had: White rice, black beans, barbacoa, hot salsa, cheese, and lettuce.
Nausea and vomiting started around 3 pm, fever shortly thereafter, and diarrhea by 5 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
